"What is the business case for this tool?"

If you can't answer this question, you shouldn't use the tool.

We're drowning in legal tech (AI tools and otherwise).

But are we solving problems or just collecting tools?

Before you use a new tool, ask:

→ What problem am I solving?
→ What does success look like?
→ How will I measure it?
→ Do I already have something that does this?

Technology is an enabler.

It's not always the answer.

We shouldn't be using it for the sake of using it.

You--the human in the loop--and your analysis and judgment still matter, a lot, and always will.
