Time Entries + AI

Pro Tip: Ask your AI agent to include a time entry / billing narrative at the conclusion of its work for you. 🔥♥️✌🏻

Note 1: I've struggled with describing the work I do, together, with my AI agents. Turns out, it can help me do that, too, and, in some instances, I add into the narrative: "AI assisted" or "with AI assistance."

Note 2: I now include this in my opening prompts to my agents as part of the work flow I want them to complete: "At the conclusion of the output, please include a time entry / billing narrative to describe this work." (And if I have OCGs--outside counsel guidelines--governing the entry, I make sure the agent knows that, too).

Note 3: No, I don't bill for the estimated time the task would take me, the human, to do. I turn the clock on when I start the prompt (or work on that file) and I turn it off while the agent works and I turn to other tasks (if on different files).
