Process Maven

If you want to drive real change, become a process maven.

What does that mean?

Build, enforce, monitor, and adjust systems.

Map your work in a way that allows you to clarify roles and place the right talent in those roles.

Keep an eye on resources and ensure intentional use.

Evaluate constantly: What are the pain points? What are we trying to achieve? What’s the ROI?

Process-oriented thinking isn’t new and it's not rigid.

It's about making things repeatable, measurable, and improvable.

Lawyers can operationalize their practices. Our clients will expect it more and more.

I'm learning to be relentless about finding and fixing inefficiencies, building buy-in, and making order out of chaos.

If you want to lead, start by building the systems that let others thrive--your clients, your colleagues, and your career.
