Litigation Process Map

Earlier this year, I fed a year’s worth of my time entries to my firm’s secure AI.

I had it identify every discrete litigation task I completed while leading a federal trial team for the first time.

I took that list to Legora.

I asked Legora to:

— fill in gaps
— identify contingent items
— assign tasks to team roles
— make it exportable to excel

There’s space for the deadline, the contingencies, priority level, completed date, and notes.

Now, I use this litigation process map to:

— build out litigation deadlines
— price litigation task by task (or phase by phase)
— track case status in a detailed yet intuitive way
— refocus when things get overwhelming

AI as a tool to streamline my existing systems is really game changing. It’s even got me using excel. ☠️
