Let’s go.

I got the green light to go for it on my alternative-fee products.

That's right: a big law partner and litigator pushing toward value-based, not hourly-based billing.

Three products, meant for a lasting relationship:

☝🏻litigation-perspectives contract review,

✌🏻attorney on call arrangement, and

👌🏻phased-based litigation fee structure.

I've been working on this, behind the scenes for at least a year.

I believe deeply in these offerings.

I believe they are a way to make big law legal acumen more accessible, to capture what clients actually want from outside counsel, and to meet (and hopefully beat) where our profession is headed.

Outside trial work--the actual litigation that I love--I've never been so excited about my job (legit writing this with a smile on my face).

As I begin pitching these offerings, testing them out, I keep in mind something that has recently popped up, several times, on my other socials:

If you knew you had 100 rejections until the big success landed, how fast would you start?

Set out to be rejected 100 times. You'll be surprised at what you land along the way.

Off to it.

🔥 ♥️ ✌
