Contracts Con 2026

In two weeks, two of my favorite things (well, three) combine: contracts, cozy murder mysteries, and public speaking.

I have followed Laura Frederick and How to Contract for a long, long time.

Her creativity (see this year's ContractsCon theme) and marketing skills inspire me, as does her ability to break complicated contracts principles into simple, approachable terms.

At her annual ContractsCon, I will learn from her, the plethora of credentialed speakers, and the audience.

And: I will get to speak on something that is integral to my job: early case assessment--evaluating contracts disputes up front.

Can't wait to meet so many of you IRL (or in 3D as I like to say). It's not too late to sign up--in person in Philly or virtually a few weeks later.
