Brewers

I’ve loved baseball from a young age—I grew up in ATL in the 90s, so you’ll understand.

I played catch with my grandpa in our Braves caps, he flew down from New York for games, we watched games in his living room upstate.

I moved to Milwaukee in 2013. I had no clue (no working memory) about the Braves connection—I went to several games that first year.

I met my husband in 2016. He rarely misses a Brewers game (and so I watched (and listened to) a lot, a lot of baseball this last decade). He was still listening to Uecker on the radio with the TV on mute when we met.

He took me to my first opening day the next year (pictured below).

We were at Game 7 of the NLCS in 2018–standing room only tickets.

We were there when the Mets took us out a couple years ago.

We will be there at Game 1 of the World Series in one week.

I love this team. It’s been an incredible ride. We are the smallest market in the MLB, playing and winning our way.

Let’s go Brewers! Four more wins!
